Shipping

All production times are averages based on orders of 1 to 5 items.

Production time estimates are in business days which excludes weekends and holidays. All orders are held for 12 hours before they start processing.

Transit time should be added to the production time to best estimate the arrival date for your order.

Production Time Estimates
All T-shirts, sweaters and hoodies take up to 6 days +2 days per 6 items to ship.

Why does it take one week before my order ships?
Follow the timeline below:

  1. Order Received.

  2. Print Preparation.

  3. To the Printing Press.

  4. Prep and Quality Control #1

  5. Sewing it up! Making your garment.

  6. Quality Control #2

  7. Package it up and Quality Control #3

  8. Your order is shipped.

Shipping Time Estimates
Depending on your shipping choice upon checkout, all US and Canadian orders can take up to 10 business days to be delivered.
All International orders can take up to 10-30 business days to be delivered.

Declared value for International orders
International shipments will have a declared value for customs purposes. The declared value is the drop ship value.

Damage to a package and Insurance
Once your package leaves our studio, it is the responsibility of the Carrier. Damage caused by the Carrier or by careless opening is not our responsibility. If a package is damaged by the Carrier, we can open a claim.

Tracking for USA and Canada
Tracking is available on all orders except flat rate Canadian shipments.

Tracking for International Orders
International orders shipped with regular service are not trackable once they leave the USA. Express orders (DHL) can be tracked in transit.

Limited shipping options to some countries
Due to statistically high non-delivery, there are some countries for which we only offer DHL express shipping to in order to ensure the package is not lost. For the following countries, DHL is currently the only option available: Angola, Bahrain, Botswana, Comoros, Cyprus, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles, South Africa, Swaziland, Syria, Tanzania, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

Shipping Prices
Shipping rates are based on the weight of individual garments.
